My services are private pay. While I don't work directly with insurance, I'm happy to provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer.

 

Services are available in Wisconsin and Minnesota. 

 

Please note:  All visits are currently held virtually via telemedicine. I look forward to transitioning to a hybrid practice (with options for virtual and in-person care) based out of Eau Claire, WI in July 2026.
