All services are offered on private pay basis and are paid via the patient portal. I am unable to accept any forms of insurance at this time.

 

Services are available in Wisconsin and Minnesota. 

 

Please note:  All visits are currently held virtually via telemedicine. I look forward to transitioning to a hybrid practice (with options for virtual and in-person care) based out of Eau Claire, WI in July 2026.
