A thoughtful approach to mental wellbeing

Our experiences in life are unique and complex, often influencing us in ways beyond our immediate awareness. We can fall into behavioral or relationship patterns that at times feel unavoidable. But change is possible.

Real change takes time, effort and intention. Discover comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapy services delivered via telemedicine designed to enhance your mental wellbeing and promote lasting recovery.

All services are private pay. By working independently of insurance, I can offer a greater level of privacy and individualized treatment. We can adjust the pace and intensity of our work as your situation evolves, and I can provide closer medication management so we can fine-tune your treatment together and support meaningful progress.
