Our experiences in life are unique and complex, often influencing us in ways beyond our immediate awareness. We fall into behavioral or relationship patterns that at times feel unavoidable, or find ourselves stuck in overwhelming mood states. Real changes are possible, but it takes time, effort and collaboration to develop new and healthier ways of managing the inevitable stressors of life and engaging with the world around us.
All services are private pay and delivered via telemedicine. By working independently of insurance, I can offer a greater level of privacy and individualized treatment. We can adjust the pace and intensity of our work as your situation evolves, and if needed, I can provide closer medication management. Together we can fine-tune your treatment to support meaningful and lasting progress.
